Hello I am back with more lore questions about your comics if u wanna answer 👀 (I looked back, but couldn't find this mentioned so sorry if I just missed it 😅)

I was curious since the comic starts after all the main plot stuff has happened: we know El is the Champ of the Alola League, but did she also do the island challenge trials like in the game or was she just traveling around with Hau while he did his? If she did do the trials did you make up a reason why the kahunas would let her, despite being well over the age limit for it? If she didn't was there some other motivation for her building her team up enough that she could beat the league when it was finished?

We're basically playing out the original story of SM with some changes!

Originally El just wanted a FUCKING VACATION and came from Hoenn after receiving a letter from her mom, to come to Alola and help her move into their newly bought appartement. But then Kukui busted through the door to welcome them and El's mom insisted on her coming with Kukui to get to know the locals while she'd continue setting up the place in the meantime. El didn't have any of her old Pokemon with her, as she heard of the strict laws of letting "invasive species" into Alola and she didn't want to deal with the paperwork, especially since she assumed she'd only stay in Alola for 2-3 weeks at best. Kukui showed her the way to Iki Town, talked about their customs, wanted to introduce her to the island Kahuna. When they couldn't find him, Kukui suggested he might be up Mahalo Trail, but stays behind in case Hala might come back from Hauoli City instead. El checks it out, she meets Lillie, the saving-Nebby-scene plays out where Tapu Koko rescues Nebby and El, El unexpectedly receives the sparkling stone from Tapu Koko that Hala makes a Z-Ring out of. Due to the incident, Hala encourages El to partake in one of Alolas oldest traditions as a way to get accustomed to Alolas culture but also to welcome her into it and keep an eye on her, with Halas and Kukuis interest being sparked by the appearance of their deity. The fact that she's way over the age of regular trial goers is not a problem, Tapu Koko must have given her that stone for a reason so Hala simply follows the will of the Tapus and is interested to see how El's journey will play out.

El feels honored being so welcomed by the Kahuna himself and is also too polite to decline partaking in the island challenge, even though she wasn't really interested in going on anther journey and building a new team of Pokemon...wasn't this supposed to be a vacation aside from helping out her mom??

But her mother is surprisingly supportive of El going on the island challenge, as she feared strangers like them from Kalos might have a hard time fitting in and making friends with the locals. She's okay with El not being able to help out setting up the house, as in her opinion "You're doing your part by learning everything you can about the region and getting to know our new neighbors."

After getting to know Hau the next day during a Festival in Iki Town, El starts to feel more like Hala specifically put them together so someone would keep an eye on Hau while the old Kahuna is unable to. Babysitting it is then. GREAT. But the innocent sweet little sunshine that is our Malasada Boy QUICKLY grows on El and she takes looking after him VERY SERIOUSLY and becomes the Mom-friend of the group. She downright enjoys looking after the shy Lillie and the joyful Hau while getting to see so many of Alolas amazing sights. She also greatly enjoys Kukuis company I might add...

Until she finds out he's taken. FUCK. GODDAMNIT. OF COURSE HE FUCKING IS AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGG "No Hau I'm not depressed. No I don't act strangely hostile towards Burnet what are you talking about nooooooo pass me the Malasada Hau. EW. It's BITTER. WHY'D THEY SELL THAT. I HATE IT HERE"

Don't worry, she recovers... El really starts to get into the challenge after a while. She was never a fan of challenging Gyms and greatly enjoys the different Trials she gets to go on instead. Alola quickly becomes her favorite region for the lush beautiful nature, the incredibly kind people and the Pokemon she meets along the way. Her team is unbalanced, but that's what makes her grow more closely together with her Pokemon than any previous team she had before. Beating trainers is a challenge due to the many bug-and flying-types on her team, she has to strategize more than ever before to make it work and be able to defeat the Kahunas. Her Oricorio Sweets would become her Partner Pokemon in the end, when she survived multiple hits from Kukuis Incineroar, holding on to 1 HP multiple times because of how determined the little bird was and how much she loved her trainer, defeating Incineroar in the end.

(This was my OG Team, only Sweets and my Golisopod Titan made it into the comics in the end, her Decidueye and Vikavolt are on Mohn's Pelago, Fletchinder I'd actually still like to include at some point)

El didn't expect to stay in Alola. She didn't expect to build a new team or even join the League or becoming CHAMPION of all things... Let's be real, Kukui didn't really give her much of a choice in joining. After Hau and El finished their island challenge, it was more of a "might as well join the League I just finished building" from the Professor, since before it was built, the final challenge WOULD have taken place on Mount Lanakila anyway. But what surprised El the most, was the fact that, after winning, she was offered the position of Champion by Kukui at all. IF she would have won, she thought, surely they'd not let a stranger like her actually keep the title and defend it. But NOPE. All hail Alolas first champion El I suppose. And with this, it was clear that El had to extend her stay in the region. For an...unforseeable time.

Hi uh so I have a question. I've heard of people Galar and Hoenn giving their crushes a luvdisc or applin. What Pokemon are a sign of love in other regions?

Any pokémon can be a sign of affection if you're trying hard enough and you have good taste.

Edit: According to Lanette, this is not a proper answer, and I need to address this appropriately and with the disclaimer that your crush may or very likely may not take receiving a grimer as a compliment, even if your crush has excellent taste and appreciates the subtle beauty of a grimer's scent.

In any case, flowers tend to be a common symbol of love around the world, with members of the roselia line being of particular romantic importance in Sinnoh. You would think Hoenn as well, given that this is where roselia are also common, but in actuality, besides luvdisc, the second most common symbol of love would be volbeat and illumise. This is especially true in northern Hoenn, where towns and villages hold festivals during both pokémon's shared mating season.

As a side point, cherrim also holds some importance in Sinnoh—specifically their petals, which they shed in the spring during their own mating season. It's a common romantic trope to confess one's love during showers of these petals, though cherrim itself is not as strong a romantic symbol as its more venomous grass-type cousin.

Meanwhile, in Alola, one may give their crush comfey, but minior are also common symbols of love (specifically, scaling a mountain to catch one for one's crush). Across the globe in Kalos, the flower of choice is of course a member of the flabébé line (preferably flabébé itself), though rumor has it that young Kalosean women really prefer spritzee or carbink these days, if you're going to be giving your crush anything at all. (Contrary to popular belief, meowstic is not a symbol of love. It is, however, common in romance movies because it actually symbolizes domestic bliss.)

You're pretty spot-on about the gift-of-choice being an applin in Galar, and meanwhile, in nearby(-ish) Paldea, most Paldeans actually don't gift pokémon to their crushes. However, it is a long-standing wedding tradition for a groom to present a bride with a gholdengo that he's thoroughly befriended. (As a note, this tradition can indeed be seen in various regions across the globe that had at one time or another been a colony under the Paldean crown, though it's of particular prevalence in Paldea itself.)

As for Kanto and Johto, in both regions, it's actually even less prevalent to gift one another pokémon than it is in Paldea. Rather, we typically give each other food—especially chocolate. As such, we don't consider any particular pokémon to be a symbol of love, but it's not uncommon to give someone your favorite pokémon along with your chocolate.

Today's Immortal Kalos Siblings is a traditional clothing moment !!

I see AZ as being Iranian/Breton/Afro-Amazigh, so I drew him in a noblewoman's outfit from Iran's Qajar dynasty. Xan meanwhile is Breton/Afro-Amazigh/Macedonian Greek, so I put him in a festival outfit from Macedonia 🙏🏾 at some point I'd like to draw them both in Breton clothing, but since I already had refs for these on hand I went ahead and drew this first ^.^

It's hard to see bc she's 2 inches tall, but Floette is wearing a diadem as well 💕 while Floette herself is native to Kalos, the eternal flower she holds is from Tassil, which was their mother's homeland. She was originally a gift from Sairo (Xan's dad / AZ's stepdad) to Arissa (their mom). A very sweet gesture 🥺

Here comes a plateful of food!! Chew carefully lol. On a side note, I intended this as a rough sketch but I got really serious into it so part of it is thanks to you LOL

Az wants to find a gift for Floette - makes her a flower crown or something, fdghf.

Some young trainers and participants approach and ask AZ some friendly, curious questions (mostly about his height and his pokemon). He responds to them kindly (huge grandpa energy).

Floette wants to dance, but AZ says he can’t because of his age and physical limitations. After some words of encouragement from the main group (you + Shauna, Prof. Sycamore and Valerie) he concedes and does a little bit. - “It’s been well over 3000 years since we’ve partook in festive leisure together.” 

He asks you to teach him how to battle and stuff - joins you in sync pair battles  (Still dont know how masters work so i’m probably wrong) 

I also thought up of this worldbuilding idea that i spent some time cooking so feel free to read it if you want to---

Culture context: every time spring comes, Kalos celebrates its arrival with festivals (taken some inspiration none other than France itself of course!)

For instance, flower dances are held (also known as la danse des fleurs/la danse du printemps). This involves little girls dressing up as flabebes (Age 4-9), older girls as floette (10-15) and 16+ dress up as florges; little boys dress up as combee, teen boys wear roselia suits and adult teens wear Roserade. Each age group pairs up with their opposite genders and dances in circles to mimic the movement of the flabebe line and their relationship to the flowers and other pokemon.  The tradition centers on the flabebe line as the heralds  of spring; their presence signifies fertility of the land, where flowers and fruits can grow, marking the beginnings of new life. Legends say that the tradition can be traced back to an ancient record of a boy and his companion who frolicked along the flower fields a long time ago.

People also plant flowers in community gardens and give away flowers to others as a way of building stronger relationships with each other, plus deepening their ties to the land.

On the first day of autumn, Kalos has a Fletchinder festival to celebrate the warmth of the hearth after spring and brightness of sunlight before winter. Typical celebrations include Flechinder races, warm spiced pastry contests (the pastries are traditionally wing-shaped, but recent chefs also use feather or beak shapes), and dances with feather capes.

My cousin's hometown also has a 5k walk called the Fletchinder Frolic.

I've been trying to sort out a timeline for Blue throughout the various regions so I can fill in the blanks in her story. So far, I have:

Kanto: completed gym challenge, beat E4, lost to Red as Champion. Visits often to see her aunt, stays in a loft apartment in Celadon. Has performed exhaustive research here.

Johto: collected 7 badges, didn't return to beat Clair after climbing Mt. Silver. Visits occasionally for festivals and to see Alric @/mindovermechanics. Has performed exhaustive research here.

Sinnoh: collected 7 badges while working on small 'projects' assigned to her by Prof Rowan, abandoned gym challenge after Volkner failed to show up to his gym for weeks to be an evolution researcher full-time. Has performed exhaustive research here.

Kalos: studied Mega Evolution, battled her way through the region but didn't earn any badges, climbed to the rank of Grand Duchess at the Battle Chateau, met Rosa @/unovasrose here.

Unova: visits frequently because of friends, has performed some research here in the past with the help of an old friend she lost contact with.

Galar: spent months here doing research and spectating the League, has performed exhaustive research here.

Alola: has vacationed here a few times, has done some research on both special evolutions and regional variants, would like to spend more time here.

Hoenn: dragged her feet to visit here, hates the weather, sort of really loves the people and the fun she's having there so far, currently performing research here.

Paldea: spent a few months here, most of that time was collecting materials to evolve Ceruledge and Armarouge after rescuing a Charcadet from an abusive trainer. Met Grusha @/gruusha while hunting for a Chest Form Ghimmighoul. Needs to go back and perform extensive research in the region.

Name: Francis Bonnefoy Specialty: Beautiful Pokemon Place of Origin: Lumiose, Kalos Team: Sylveon, Milotic, Primarina, Gardevoir, Roserade, Aromatisse Not used for battle: Alcremie, Vivillon, Furfrou (Heart) Pokemon he hates/fears: Bug Types. They're beautiful, of course! Just from afar. Very far.

Francis is a man who lives for the glitz and glamor of life, partly due to his upbringing. He has been wealthy since birth as the Bonnefoys had been the leading family in Grand Festivals, so he had also grown up watching Pokemon coordinators and showcases. He was a model for some time while participating in Pokemon Contests and winning several Grand Festival titles. While he still regularly performs in Contests, he is active in competitive battling and earning the title of one of the best trainers in all of Kalos. He admittedly had no interest in battling once, viewing it as barbaric. But his longtime childhood friend and rival, Arthur, had started battling soon after getting his Pokemon and had taunted Francis, saying he was incapable of doing the same as he was too weak and feminine. Angered, Francis set out to prove him wrong, participating in the Final Test too and becoming a trainer. His reputation as a Bonnefoy means he is still regarded as spoiled and weak, but he continuously proves them wrong in every battle. He is also an Elite Four member alongside Alfred, Arthur, and Yao, and is in the Pokemon Hall of Fame with the record of having won the most battles. This is due to his own skills and the fact that Arthur's mocking words have been fueling him in every battle. He is a Pokemon Coordinator for Astral in the future, working alongside the rest of his (former) group but in the entertainment sector. His parents are successful but neglect him in favor of their work, so Francis gladly welcomes the chaos of the Kirkland family and often spends his time with them instead of in his own house.

The Astral Institute handles everything Pokemon-related, from battles and championships to Grand Festivals and showcases to Pokemon Centers. There are different sectors (technology, literature, entertainment, medical, etc.) Alfred is in the tech sector, Arthur is in literature, and Yao is in medical. There are various professions in each, such as coordinators, researchers, journalists, and professors.

The Wild Robot

Haii hari Sabtu adalah waktunya aku menulis tumblr post. Ini lagi di department, awalnya sih mau kerja, tapi yaudah secukupnya aja lah ya crossing off to-do lists yang kubikin Jumat kemarin. Seharian ini udah banyak banget deh yang dikerjain: bangun-bangun udah ngucek sprei, sarung bedcover, alas bed yang di bawah sprei, bedcovernya juga, sama ada mattress topper ya namanya (tentu saja juga underwear dan celana tidur) gara-gara tembus heboh, buset. Jadi dari bangun pun udah cranky dan langsung bekerja keras. Terus ngevakum rumah karena udah lama banget gak divakum dan debu-debu sampe kelihatan. Cabut jam 11.18-an buat ke bioskop, jalan 25 menit-an, jadwal filemnya padahal 11.30, plan awalnya tu mau jalan dari rumah jam 11 tapi ya namanya juga Noni kan, pake ada acara masukin laundry dulu dsb. Untungnya sampe studio belum mulai filmnya. Tapi udah gelap, jadinya susah banget nemu tempat duduk. Berujung sepanjang film ku duduk di 1 seat belakang tempatku yang seharusnya. Untungnya dari nonton jam 11.30 tu tapi studionya sepi sih, jadi aman-aman aja sebetulnya mau duduk di mana-pun. Kayanya tadi total penontonnya ga sampai 15 orang di satu studio itu.

Nonton The Wild Robot huhu bagus banget. Dan di Odeon tuh cuma £5 kursi standard jadi yaudah lumayan banget kan. Sebetulnya semalam dikasih link ilegalnya sama Hanif tapi aku tuh kalau nonton film perlu banget dengan sound system yang proper. Jadi £5 tu worth it banget kalo kata aku mah. Se-Oxford raya ada 3 bioskop. Dulu paling rajin nonton di Curzon di Westgate sampai punya annual membership (karena se-suka itu aku nonton di bioskop dengan proper sound system). Si Curzon ini bioskop yang paling proper di Oxford, se-levelnya CGV-lah, tapi MUAHAL banget. Sekali nonton £15. Waktu itu pas member kayanya bayar £50/tahun dapet 4 film gratis dan sisanya diskon 20% apa ya. Terus baru Odeon. Dulu ada 2 Odeon di Oxford, tapi yang satu yang Magdalene St tutup, karena emang udah gedung tua banget juga sih, dan kayanya nggak se-laku itu buka bioskop di Oxford. Ramenya kan pas lagi term time aja. Sempat nonton Suzume di Odeon Magdalene St itu. Terus kayanya sisanya selalu yang di George St. Sempet nonton Godzilla Minus One sama Mas Rangga, terus Wonka juga sama Diny dan Deva. Tadi kayanya baru pertama kali dapet yang Screen 1 deh. Pernah nonton supermurah juga dulu apa ya filemnya, sama Sarah Iris. Lupa euy. Odeon Oxford ini murah banget tapi juga kualitasnya B banget, cenderung jelek bahkan. Betul-betul bioskop tua aja gitu. Jadi kalo gak pinter milih tempat duduk bakalan jauh banget dari Screen dan kaya lagi lihat slide kuliah. OH, kayak Depok XXI! Yang di Ramayana itu. Kalau gak salah ada screen di situ yang modelnya mirip banget kaya bioskop Odeon. Jadi dulu kayanya aku nonton Frozen 2 apa ya sendirian Jumat-jumat gitu pas lagi break Jumatan. Nah karena gak tahu layout studionya, kupilih aja yang A paling atas kan. Eh ternyata JAUH BANGET itu teh dari layar, buset. Anyway, iya gitu, jadi kalau ke Odeon pun harus pintar-pintar pilih seats. Bioskop satu lagi bioskop indie gitu dekat rumah, namanya The Phoenix, lumayan tua juga itu bioskop. Waktu itu sempat nonton The Boy and The Heron di situ. Yang diputer situ biasanya film-film festival gitu sih, bukan yang di Box Office.

Lah jadi cerita panjang bioskop, naon Non. Awalnya mau cerita betapa bagusnya ni filem, The Wild Robot. Tapi kalau diceritain banyak kepanjangan. Intinya kalau kalian fansnya DreamWorks, nonton Puss in Boots: The Last Wish kemarin yang juga bagus banget dan sangat menghibur, nah inituh kualitas animasinya di level itu, tapi writingnya, dan character buildingnya dan SOUND FXnyaaa. Semua berkombinasi menjadi satu dan jadi filem yang sangat CAKEUP. Ku nangis 7x deh kayanya. Mulai nangis pas Brightbill training habis-habisan buat bisa terbang dan ada background music yang super touching (sebetulnya agak uplifting sih), ku langsung yang: YAAMPUN ITU ADALAH AKU DI PHD INI (nangis). Hahaha bukan bermaksud membuat everything is about me tapi betulan yang relatable aja gituu. Kaya.. what are the odds buat dia succeed, but he’s still trying anyway.

Terus nangis lagi lainnya lebih ke karena hubungan ibu-anak aja sih, kan hubungan ibu-anak-ku agak traumatic yah (ku rasa kebanyakan dari kalian juga). I love my mom, I do, with all of my heart. Dan kalau bukan karena kritikannya, supportnya, semua pilihan yang dia ambil: ke mana aku sekolah SD, SMP, SMA, kuliah, les sempoa, ga bakal aku di sini sekarang. Cuma ya exactly criticism itu pulak yang membuatku jadi gampang burnout, jadi unnecessarily perfeksionis yang bikin ku juga punya acute procrastination, ga bisa kind ke diriku sendiri, being SO HARD on myself, selalu ngerasa gak good enough karena ga pernah di-validate feelingnya.

Nangis ke-3 kayanya karena climate change yang membuat SEMUA MAKHLUK HIDUP suffer!!! Si hewan-hewan (dan tumbuhan) ini gak tau apa-apa, mereka literally just existing aja, tapi harus menanggung beban berat kena storm, long super cold winter, dan harus bisa survive. Sedih banget lihatnya.

Terus apa lagi ya… kayanya karena ku juga hard empath aja jadinya ngerasa sedih sama Fink, Ros, dan Brightbill yang dimusuhi semua orang dan gapunya teman padahal bukan salah mereka, Cuma karena mereka beda aja.

Udah sih sisanya sedih balik lagi ke interrelationship character itu lagi. Yang ku bisa relate banget juga tuh sebagai dosen/guru kadang kita yang bantuin students kita sampe udah jago, terus tapi supaya mereka bisa terus berkembang ya gabisa kita keep terus, at one point harus dilepas merekanya, padahal kita udah sayang (ini berlaku buat ibu ke anak juga).

Yaudah intinya ni filem bagus banget lah. Gatau sih bakal beda apa nggak reaksi emosional diriku ini kalau nggak lagi mens, mungkin jumlah nangisnya bakal berkurang.

Terus mau cerita apa lagi ya… Minggu ini lumayan seru dan produktif walaupun hari Jumat kemarin KAYAK HELL. CAPEK BANGET semua ada di twitter aku. Bentar, kita coba recount dari Minggu dulu. Oh! Minggu ke rumah Bu Yani merayakan ulangtahunku huhu dan makan-makan. Sambil ada rapat mau bikin acara minggu depan juga sih ada orang pemerintahan gitu lah dateng ke Oxford, aku sih gak ikut-ikutan yah karena fokusnya mau submit thesis. Cuma seru aja melihat dinamika itu semua. Dikasih bunga juga sama Kak Kaca! Huhu so happy.

Senin lupa lagi ngapain. Kayanya Senin Selasa Rabu kerja kaya biasa aja deh. OHHHHH. Hari Selasa sore KU SUBMIT chapter result ke-2 dari thesisku ke JOURNAL! HAHAHA. Harusnya ini lebih jadi highlight of the week, tapi jujur the Wild Robot >>> submit paper sih. Terus Kamis meeting sama spv dan postdoc, mulai keluar nama-nama calon internal/external examiner HAMDALAH makin dekat ni finish line saya PhD.

Jumat kemarin itu sebetulnya capek karena mix antara dapet hari ke-2, salah pake underwear (yang tidak period friendly), dan co-author-ku yang resek (dan post-doc-ku juga sih yang entah kenapa berulah banyak bener kemarin), dan kurang tidur juga kayanya karena belakangan ini susah banget tidur di bawah jam 1 entah kenapa???

Tapi yaudah overall good kok hidup. Amat sangat bersyukur. MAKASIH BANYAK YAA ALLAH. Sekian dulu. Kayanya pulang aja ah. Bawa laptop. Serem juga departemen kalau udah gelap. Bye, undur diri dulu. Oh. Terakhir. Tadi juga habis datang dari acara kumpul-kumpul warga Oxford gitu setelah ku selesai nonton bioskop. Dan sempat bahas sama teman-teman terkait ada satu teman kami (sebut namanya A) yang sudah memasuki tahun ke-4 PhD-nya tapi progresnya cukup mengkhawatirkan. Masalahnya (nggak masalah juga sih), aku adalah salah satu orang yang cukup frequent ketemu sama si A ini. Seminggu bisa minimal 1x-lah. Tapi emang aku ketemuan sama si A ini betulan buat nyampah aja gitu. Ku jarang banget nanya “gimana kerjaan?” begitu pula dia. Betul-betul buat decompress aja gitu. Dan lagipula ku mikirnya kalau ku nanya-nanya dia, dia jadi nggak comfortable lagi dan malah makin narik diri dan avoidant (dia bukan tipe yang banyak teman, jadi kalau udah sekali ilang, bubar). Barusan tapi udah ku-chat ke dia kalau aku pun pernah sempat konseling ke uni (karena kadang cuma perlu tahu satu orang lain buat bisa mendorong berani melakukan hal yang sama). Soalnya kesimpulan dari diskusi dengan teman-teman tadi, kami semua gaada yang bisa bantu juga… semua punya load PhD masing-masing… dan emang udah di ranahnya professional gaksih kalau sampai udah 3 tahun dia nggak tahu dia PhD-nya ngapain??? Karena kita teman-teman yang peduli juga kan, jadi gak bisa dibiarin aja… Bismillah deh. Semoga membaik keadaan si kawan ini.

headcanons of what I think the anipoke cast is up to in the future

Ash - Still traveling the world, on a journey to become a Pokemon Master, cuz ofc he is. He's changed his approach and focuses more on learning about Pokemon, but will still never say no to a good battle. Fights hard to stay World Champion. Occasionally still works for Cerise

Misty - She's still the leader of the Cerulean City Gym but she's slowly working up her way to becoming a Kanto Elite Four Member

Brock - Pokemon Doctor! Has been all over the place helping out at different Pokemon Centers over the years

Gary - He's a Pokemon Professor! Well known for all kinds of insane discoveries. He works under his Grandpa and eventually takes over the Lab. Still has a rivalry with Goh.

Tracey - He's Garys assistant now, make sthe lab very chaotic. Started taking art commissions on the side

May - Well known Top Coordinator who has won multiple Grand Festivals! But she still comepetes in contests and travels with the hoen coordinator gang

Max - Gymleader, he's taken over the Petalburg City gym! Dunno what his type though is, he can mix em if he wants to

Dawn - Also a well known Top Coordinator with multiple wins, and she still occasionally competes in contests. I like the idea of her getting into fashion and designing.

Paul - Either a Gym Leader or an Elite Four member, maybe even Sinnoh Champion, but definitely still battles

Iris - Contiunes to be Unovas champion, trying to snatch Ashs world champ title and learning about dragon types on the way

Cilan - S class connoisseur! Still likes traveling but also stays in Striaton a lot to help out in the café, though he doesn't act as gym leader anymore

Serena - Reining Kalos Queen and Pokevision influencer! Also her and Lisia are a pop star duo

Clemont - Not a gym leader anymore either, he's focused more on his inventions and becomes pretty well known for it

Bonnie - New Lumiose Gym Leader! I like to think she tried out both gym battles and showcases when she was old enough to go on her own journey, but ended up being drawn towards batrling a lot more. I also like the idea of her beconing Kalos champion eventually

Mallow - Pretty much took over Ainas Kitchen and started branding out their name to other Alola Islands

Lana - I kinda like the idea of her getting interested in acting after the gig she and the other sm girls had, still fishes with her dad for fun

Kiawe - Akala Islands newest Kahuna! Contributes to keeping the Alola league tournament alive as well. He doesn't have much time to help with the farm anymore but still delivers milk every morning

Sophocles - Works at Pokemon NASA, far off from going to space but he'll get there

Lillie - I am very attached to Lillie being a teacher at the Pokemon school, but I also like the idea of her writing books. Either way she does something booksmart tm

Gladion - Works at the AF, got sucked into the family buisness and researching UBs after Lillie the Nihilego

Goh - Cerises assistant still working for his own Professor title and more than mildly upset at the fact Gary managed to get there before him, he specialices researching species that were discovered more recently and has an always increasing of his own Pokemon to look after

Koharu - Since she doesn't have a canon long term goal, her story line was moreso about figuring out what she wants to do, that kind of makes her a catch all character. I can see her do anything really she works with whatever. Ik she helps out her dad as a research fellow at the end of the series and I also like her getting more into contests but I don't really think she does either of those forever? I like the idea of her doing photography, it's artistic in the opposite direction of what her mom does
